TEA TOWEL FAQS

How big are tea towels?

Our Australian artist-designed tea towels are 50cm x 70cm (19.7 inches x 27.5 inches).

What are tea towels used for?

A tea towel can be used to dry dishes or as decoration. You can hang it on a hook or over oven doors to make a stunning addition to your kitchen. Many Aussies also frame the tea towels and hang them on the wall! The aboriginal tea towels look stunning when framed.

Are cotton tea towels good?

Cotton has become the preferred fabric of many tea towels of today. We provide high-quality, 100% cotton tea towels.

What are the best tea towels?

Cotton tea towels are incredibly absorbent. Our cotton tea towels use a terry-cloth looped weave to create larger fabric loops within the towels, to absorb large quantities of water whilst keeping them strong and durable.

Should tea towels be replaced regularly?

Old tea towels are not effective as they don't dry thoroughly and are likely home to unseen germs and bacteria. In general, experts advise you should get new ones every two years.
