Travel Cases - Aboriginal Art Collection

Every Koh Living travel case carries the work of a First Nations artist, original Aboriginal artwork reproduced with care and paid for with royalties on every sale. These little cases are as practical as they are meaningful. At 4.5cm x 10cm with a secure snap-close lid, each one slips into a handbag, gym bag or carry-on and holds whatever you need close: pills and supplements, earphones, a spare pair of ear plugs, jewellery or loose coins. Choose from eight designs, each telling its own story, including Kookaburra Dreaming, Spirit Being and Willy Wagtail by Domica Hill, and Girambit, We are One and Home by Jacinta-rai Ridgeway-Maahs. A thoughtful Australian gift under $15.

The Story Behind the Art

Koh Living is a member of the Indigenous Art Code, and every artist receives royalties from each sale. Pakana artist Domica Hill blends contemporary colour with traditional symbolism, her Kookaburra Dreaming watches over ceremony and healing on Country, while Luina – The Blue Wren retells the Tasmanian story of Dromerdeene, saved by a tiny bird gifted a blue crown of courage. Journeys in the Sun, Jacinta-Rei Ridgeway-Maahs, follows the Worimi people across Country, circles of mobs teaching younger generations to survive by sun, sky and sea. We are One honours the many mobs across Australia who walk together as one — always was, always will be. Jacinta-rai Ridgeway-Maahs's Home reflects each person's path through community.
